A Special Message From Michelle C. Berk

It is with a heavy heart that I inform you that I have retired from my law practice.

My office will work with you to finalize any open matters. We have previously or will be returning any original documents to you related to your legal matter and have contacted you about our file retention policy at the conclusion of our representation of your legal matter. Additionally, our office retains no original Wills or Powers of Attorney and has returned them to you or will do so.

To facilitate the transition, we are working with local elder law and estates attorney Erin Saulino, Esquire. She will work on any ongoing matters and any new matters, should you wish her to do so. Please notify our office in writing if you wish us to transfer your file to Erin Saulino, Esquire, for her to represent you.
